Whether your property is a seasonal home or primary residence Gnome Watch, LLC will take care of it while you are away.  

The Home Watch service is a visual inspection and is intended to identify possible problems and notify you of these issues. Should immediate action be deemed necessary, attempts to minimize or secure the problem will be made immediately and further action will be taken according to the property owners’ instructions.

It is important to have a professional Home Watch service looking after one of your most valuable investments. Experienced providers know what to look for to detect a small problem before it becomes a costly project.

You will be provided with weekly or every other week inspections so you can enjoy your time away from Southwest Florida and be confident there will be no surprises when you return.

Each visit will include a complete report which will be created using GPS enabled software.  At the completion of the inspection your report will be emailed to you.

If any issues are found you will be immediately contacted and given details and photos. References for trusted service professionals can be provided to you and coordinated by Gnome Watch, LLC.
